M\u0103 simt bine pe drum, indiferent de drum. Nu \u0219tiu de ce, poate c\u0103 nu \u00eemi place s\u0103 stau pe loc. Dar, la noi \u00een \u021bar\u0103, dac\u0103 esti student (\u0219i aici intr\u0103 \u0219i doctoranzi care nu au v\u0103zut nici un ban de la iubitul nostru stat rom\u00e2n), de cele mai multe ori c\u0103l\u0103toriile implic\u0103 m\u0103re\u021bele CFR. Am mai avut peripe\u021bii cu ei \u0219i am mai scris \u0219i pe aici din ele.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ultimele cam a\u0219a, 10 zile s\u0103 zicem, am avut pl\u0103cerea s\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103toresc cu CFR \u00een valoare de vreo 1200 de km, cu 4 trenuri, din care 3 au avut \u00eent\u00e2rziere de <strong>mai mult de 100 de minute<\/strong>, <strong>fiecare<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Primul a fost c\u00e2nd am plecat de la Bucure\u0219ti spre Cluj, cu acceleratul de 20:08. Acceleratul \u0103sta se formeaz\u0103 din ni\u0219te vagoane care de fapt ajung la Bucure\u0219ti cu jum\u0103tate de or\u0103 \u00eenainte \u0219i care vin de la Constan\u021ba. C\u00e2nd am ajuns noi \u00een gar\u0103 trenul de la Constan\u021ba avea 150 de minute \u00eent\u00e2rziere declarate, dar la informa\u021bii personalul CFR zicea senin c\u0103 de fapt ei habar nu au unde este trenul de fapt. Ca s\u0103 dea totu\u0219i drumul la tren au pus gr\u0103mad\u0103 ni\u0219te vagoane \u0219i au dat drumu la tren cu <strong>doar<\/strong> 140 de minute \u00eent\u00e2rziere, anun\u021bate incremental (10, 20, 40, 85, 110, 140 &#8211; ca s\u0103 nu po\u021bi sta lini\u0219tit la c\u0103ldur\u0103 2h, s\u0103 trebuiasc\u0103 s\u0103 stai s\u0103 vezi ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103). C\u00e2nd am plecat din Bucure\u0219ti, trenul de Constan\u021ba avea 200 de minute \u00eent\u00e2rziere \u0219i \u00een continuare nu se \u0219tia nimic despre el.<\/p>\n<p>Evident, \u00een tren a fost setat\u0103 clima pe VAR\u0102, deci am degerat p\u00e2n\u0103 la cluj unde am ajuns cu 3 ore mai t\u00e2rziu dec\u00e2t era cazul.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00eentoarcere, povestea asem\u0103n\u0103toare. Dup\u0103 ce am ratat un tren din Teiu\u0219 (care a venit la fix!), am luat un accelerat p\u00e2n\u0103 la Alba \u0219i de acolo aveam \u00een 5 minute tren la Bucure\u0219ti. Right. \u00cent\u00e2rziere declarat\u0103 la sosire, 120 de minute. \u00cent\u00e2rziere real\u0103, la plecare, 140 de minute. \u00cent\u00e2rziere \u00een Bucure\u0219ti &#8211; tot cam 3 ore. Mi-am luat bilet \u00eenainte, trenul a plecat la fix din gar\u0103. Pe la Comarnic m-am trezit din somnul default pe care \u00eel bag pe orice tren pentru c\u0103 mi se p\u0103rea mie ceva ne\u00eenregul\u0103. \u00centreb prin compartiment, st\u0103team de un sfert de or\u0103, nici m\u0103car \u00eentr-o sta\u021bie. De la na\u0219 afl\u0103m c\u0103 e un tren deraiat \u00een fa\u021b\u0103, \u00eenafar\u0103 de restric\u021biile de vitez\u0103 de 30 de km\/h pe linie \u0219i de faptul c\u0103 una din linii a fost abandonat\u0103 \u0219i se circul\u0103 pe un singur fir pe tot culoarul Valea Prahovei (!). Plec\u0103m de la Comarnic cu o or\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rziere, mai pierdem \u00eenc\u0103 aproape o or\u0103 pe drum. \u00centre Sighisoara \u0219i Alba Iulia mai recuper\u0103m, \u0219i ajungem \u00een Alba cu o \u00eent\u00e2rziere de <strong>doar 100 de minute<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La 5 diminea\u021ba, ajuns \u00een gar\u0103 \u00een Alba, m-am uitat din nou pe afisul cu returnarea unei p\u0103r\u021bi din pre\u021bul biletului \u00een caz de \u00eent\u00e2rziere.<\/p>\n<p>Afi\u0219ul zice a\u0219a: peste 60 de minute, 25% din bilet \u00eenapoi, peste 120 de minute, 50% din bilet \u00eenapoi, \u0219i dac\u0103 trenul se anuleaz\u0103 sau ceva asem\u0103n\u0103tor, full refund. The catch este c\u0103 dac\u0103 ai mai pu\u021bin de 4 EUR de luat, nu \u00ee\u021bi d\u0103 nimic. Eu aveam 3.80 :P Dar m-am dus totu\u0219i la ghi\u0219eu s\u0103 \u00eentreb (da, \u0219tiu, sunt o kitr\u0103, la 5 AM nu e tocmai or\u0103 de discutat chestii de genu la gar\u0103 &#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Tanti de la informa\u021bii s-o blocat instant, dup\u0103 care mi-o zis: &#8222;ah, dar <em>nu se pune <\/em>\u00eenc\u0103 treaba aia!&#8221;. Eu \u00eei zic, dar tanti, este afi\u0219, zice c\u0103 din <em><strong>3 decembrie 2009<\/strong><\/em>. Tanti se scuza, iese din birou \u0219i se <em><strong>duce <\/strong><\/em><strong><em>la afi\u0219u din holu g\u0103rii s\u0103 citeasc\u0103! WTF?<\/em><\/strong> Vine \u00eenapoi, o sun\u0103 pe casier\u0103, vine casiera, zice c\u0103 ei n-or mai f\u0103cut refund-uri p\u00e2n\u0103 acum. M\u0103 \u00eentreab\u0103 de unde vin, \u00eei zic c\u0103 de la Bucure\u0219ti. Zice: <em>p\u0103i da, pe linia aia sunt restric\u021bii de vitez\u0103, e normal s\u0103 fie \u00eent\u00e2rzieri. Nu e vina noastr\u0103, nu putem da refund<\/em>. <strong>WTF?<\/strong> \u00cei zic, <em>tanti, dar \u0219ti\u021bi, era un tren deraiat \u00een fa\u021ba noastr\u0103, n-o fost numa restric\u021biiile de vitez\u0103<\/em>. La care ea (!): <em>p\u0103i vede\u021bi, clar nu a fost vina noastr\u0103!<\/em><strong>. <\/strong>Am \u00eentrebat-o care sunt situa\u021biile \u00een care e chiar vina lor, dar a evitat s\u0103-mi r\u0103spund\u0103, am r\u0103mas c\u0103 m\u0103 duc s\u0103 mai \u00eentreb odat\u0103 mai \u00eencolo :D Data viitoare poate chiar am mai mult de 4 EUR.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cemi place s\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103toresc.
