{"id":3171,"date":"2015-04-07T10:28:56","date_gmt":"2015-04-07T08:28:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/?p=3171"},"modified":"2015-04-07T09:28:46","modified_gmt":"2015-04-07T07:28:46","slug":"cu-si-despre-formatori","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/cu-si-despre-formatori\/","title":{"rendered":"Cu si despre formatori"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In toamna anului trecut m-am \u00eenscris \u00een echipa de formatori a ONCR din dorin\u021ba de a avea un rol (\u0219i) mai activ \u00een dezvoltarea cercet\u0103\u0219iei (\u0219i) \u00eenafara Centrului Local pe care \u00eel conduc la nivel de lideri adul\u021bi, cu convingerea c\u0103 Diana Slabu, care a preluat conducerea echipei na\u021bionale de Resurse Umane (ENRU), are viziunea \u0219i puterea\u00a0necesare s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 o echip\u0103 puternic\u0103, care s\u0103 performeze.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 (\u00eenc\u0103)\u00a0un loc unde s\u0103 fie eviden\u021biate lucrurile astea, m-am g\u00e2ndit c\u0103 ar fi bine s\u0103 v\u0103 povestesc foarte pe scurt despre ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat \u00een echipa \u00een care activez eu, p\u00e2n\u0103 acum.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Astfel, \u00een 13\/14\u00a0decembrie am avut prima\u00a0\u00eent\u00e2lnire a ENRU la Bra\u0219ov &#8211; unde am stabilit principalele direc\u021bii ale echipei, structura de \u00eent\u00e2lniri \u0219i c\u00e2teva direc\u021bii de lucru care dep\u0103\u0219esc nivelul de &#8222;ambulan\u021b\u0103&#8221; (nevoile imediate, arz\u0103toare) &#8211; spre exemplu <strong>dezvoltarea unui camp \u0219coal\u0103<\/strong> &#8211; un loc de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare practic\u00a0pentru lideri (pe care sper\u0103m s\u0103 putem s\u0103 \u00eencepem s\u0103-l livr\u0103m din\u00a02016) \u0219i <strong>actualizarea stagiului de ini\u021biere \u00een cercet\u0103\u0219ie<\/strong> ca s\u0103 fie \u0219i mai de folos. Un lucru foarte fain cu care eu am r\u0103mas de la \u00eent\u00e2lnirea de la Bra\u0219ov\u00a0este c\u0103<strong> ne propunem<\/strong>, <strong>pe termen mediu, s\u0103\u00a0introducem\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wood_Badge\">sistemul Woodbadge<\/a> \u0219i pentru liderii de la\u00a0noi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3237\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3237\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_9297.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3237 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_9297-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_9297\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_9297-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_9297-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3237\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Participan\u021bii la \u00eent\u00e2lnirea ENRU de la Bra\u0219ov<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Echipa de traineri a ONCR este acum organizat\u0103 administrativ \u00een trei subechipe: una pentru <em>Moldova<\/em>, alta care r\u0103spunde de\u00a0<em>Muntenia, Oltenia \u0219i Dobrogea<\/em> \u0219i o a treia \u00een\u00a0<em>Transilvania \u0219i Banat<\/em>. Eu am\u00a0optat pentru echipa Transilvania-Banat, fiindu-mi mai aproape \u0219i mai la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103, mai ales av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere pozi\u021bia mea de \u00eencep\u0103tor (junior) \u00een echip\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Echipele astea de formatori au trei \u00eent\u00e2lniri pe an \u00een calendar &#8211; dou\u0103 pe regiuni\u00a0\u0219i una cu toat\u0103 lumea. Pe 14 februarie am avut, la Cluj, prima \u00eent\u00e2lnire regional\u0103 a subechipei pentru Transilvania-Banat (ENRU-TB).<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3236\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3236\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_2326.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3236 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_2326-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_2326\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_2326-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_2326-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3236\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ultima sesiune de discu\u021bii de la \u00eent\u00e2lnirea regional\u0103, la Zorki Cafe \u00een Cluj<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Am stabilit\u00a0calendarul de\u00a0training-uri care urma s\u0103\u00a0fie livrat \u00een urm\u0103toarea perioad\u0103, despre\u00a0tipurile\u00a0de traininguri pe care le putem livra, cum \u0219i \u00een c\u00e2t timp r\u0103spundem cererilor \u00een sistemul\u00a0<em>stagiu la tine acas\u0103 (stagii solicitate de Centrele Locale). <\/em>Am decis \u0219i c\u0103 ar fi ideal ca la urm\u0103toarele training-uri\u00a0juniorii s\u0103 fie \u00eencuraja\u021bi s\u0103 participe al\u0103turi de un trainer senior, pentru a-\u0219i construi\u00a0experien\u021ba de care au nevoie pentru a deveni independen\u021bi. Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 imediat sunt trei luni de la \u00eent\u00e2lnire, o bun\u0103 parte din traingurile astea s-au \u021binut deja :).<\/p>\n<p>Am mai discutat despre problema\u00a0(sub)finan\u021b\u0103rii echipei, \u0219i despre solu\u021bii pentru a avea o minim\u0103 finan\u021bare pentru \u00eent\u00e2lniri &#8211; <strong>\u0219tia\u021bi, spre exemplu, c\u0103 ENRU nu are prev\u0103zut niciun buget \u00een 2015?<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Notez dou\u0103 propuneri interesante care mi-au r\u0103mas de la discu\u021biile care n-au \u021binut neap\u0103rat de partea de stagii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ENRU nu trebuie s\u0103 fie format doar din formatori (a c\u0103ror preg\u0103tire este de durat\u0103), ci poate beneficia de ajutorul unui grup suport alc\u0103tuit din persoane care pot ajuta cu sarcinile auxiliare (munc\u0103 administrativ\u0103 \u0219i de secretariat, finan\u021bare?). M\u0103\u00a0g\u00e2ndeam\u00a0c\u0103 putem\u00a0chiar co-opta\u00a0seniori interesa\u021bi \u00een zona asta, care s\u0103-\u0219i integreze voluntariatul \u00een ENRU \u00een programul lor de dezvoltare personal\u0103 &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 echipele regionale sunt teritoriale \u0219i, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 faptul c\u0103 sunt alc\u0103tuite din\u00a0lideri\u00a0<em>locali,\u00a0<\/em>deservesc Centre Locale din zona lor &#8211; am f\u0103cut propunerea (care de\u0219i pare extremist\u0103 a\u0219a, mie \u00eemi pare foarte logic\u0103) de a g\u0103si o solu\u021bie prin care Centrele Locale care-\u0219i permit s\u0103 creeze un buget minimal pentru echipa care ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een zona lor &#8211; vorbim de un buget de c\u00e2teva sute de lei anual, pentru o echip\u0103 regional\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ideile astea urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie discutate \u0219i la nivelul echipei na\u021bionale, a\u0219a c\u0103, dac\u0103 sunt agreate va mai dura ceva p\u00e2n\u0103 le vedem aplicate &#8211; dar v\u0103 \u021bin informa\u021bi :)<\/p>\n<p>Apoi, \u00eentre 4 \u0219i 8 martie am avut, la Burg Hostel la Sighi\u0219oara,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scout.ro\/2015\/03\/31\/vesti-de-la-cercetasii-formatori\/\">primul ToT (Training of Trainers, Formare de Formatori)<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0stagiul fundamental pentru orice formator. Tipul \u0103sta de formare\u00a0nu s-a mai \u021binut de mult\u0103 vreme &#8211; ultimul la care puteam participa \u00een ONCR cred c\u0103 a fost \u00een 2010, \u0219i l-am ratat pentru c\u0103 se suprapunea cu ceva activitate pe care o aveam cu studen\u021bii. ToT-ul de la Sighi\u0219oara a fost unul destinat\u00a0nou\u0103, formatorilor juniori, dar a fost deschis \u0219i liderilor \u0219i seniorilor ONCR\u00a0interesa\u021bi de\u00a0partea asta &#8211; 24 de participan\u021bi \u00een total.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3235\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3235\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3158.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3235 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3158-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_3158\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3158-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/yeti.albascout.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3158-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3235\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">La una din sesiunile de formare de la Burg Hostel, Sighi\u0219oara<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A fost foarte motivant pentru mine s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b al\u0103turi de\u00a0o genera\u021bie nou\u0103 de lideri care \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 mai departe \u00een ONCR.\u00a0Ca \u0219i lider, \u0219ef de Centru Local, membru \u00een Echipele Na\u021bionale \u0219i \u00een Consiliul Director, dar \u0219i \u00een diferite situa\u021bii de predare la Politehnic\u0103 &#8211; am fost pus \u00een situa\u021bia de a livra, \u00een diferite feluri, informa\u021bii unui grup de persoane &#8211; deci am beneficiat de\u00a0<em>preg\u0103tire pe teren<\/em>, sau, s\u0103-i zicem ca la cerceta\u0219i:\u00a0<em>learning by doing.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Ce mi-a lipsit \u00eentotdeauna,\u00a0cel pu\u021bin pe linie de cerceta\u0219i, a fost structurarea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i\u00a0unele\u00a0aspecte\u00a0teoretice fundamentale &#8211; pe care am avut oportunitatea s\u0103 le descop\u0103r acum.<\/p>\n<p>De\u0219i programul meu este foarte \u00eenc\u0103rcat \u00een ultima vreme \u0219i weekendurile libere sunt o raritate, abia a\u0219tept s\u0103 particip la primul meu stagiu ca formator &#8222;oficial&#8221; :).<\/p>\n<p>Ca \u00eencheiere, sunt\u00a0convins c\u0103 aceia dintre voi care urm\u0103resc astfel de lucruri au v\u0103zut o cre\u0219tere semnificativ\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bii echipei \u00een\u00a0primul trimestru al lui 2015 comparat\u0103 cu perioada anterioar\u0103 &#8211;
